About the role
We’re looking for an energetic, customer-focused Sales Associate to join our store team. You’ll be the face of the store, helping customers find the right phone, plan, and accessories while activating TELUS/Koodo services and keeping the store running smoothly.
What you’ll do
- Greet customers, understand their needs, and recommend the right devices, plans, including mobility, residential services, and add-ons
- Process activations, upgrades, and plan changes accurately in our point-of-sale system
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets
- Troubleshoot basic device and account issues on the spot
- Keep displays stocked, tidy, and on-brand
- Follow all fraud-prevention, privacy, and cash-handling procedures
What we’re looking for
- 0~1 year of retail or customer-facing sales experience (telecom or electronics is an asset)
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport
- Comfortable with targets and motivated by commission
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
- Must be able to commute to one of our locations(4841 Yonge St, North York OR 5985 Steeles Ave E, Scarborough)
- Korean language skills are a strong asset.
Base salary : $18~20/h plus uncapped commission
