You&#8217;ll be the face of the store, helping customers find the right phone, plan, and accessories while activating TELUS\/Koodo services and keeping the store running smoothly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What you&#8217;ll do<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Greet customers, understand their needs, and recommend the right devices, plans, including mobility, residential services, and add-ons <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Process activations, upgrades, and plan changes accurately in our point-of-sale system<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Meet and exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Troubleshoot basic device and account issues on the spot<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keep displays stocked, tidy, and on-brand<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow all fraud-prevention, privacy, and cash-handling procedures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What we&#8217;re looking for<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>0~1 year of retail or customer-facing sales experience (telecom or electronics is an asset)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comfortable with targets and motivated by commission<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>High school diploma or equivalent<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be legally eligible to work in Canada<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be able to commute to one of our locations(4841 Yonge St, North York OR 5985 Steeles Ave E, Scarborough)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Korean language skills are a strong asset.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Base salary : $18~20\/h plus uncapped commission<br>Employee phone plan discounts<br>Paid training and clear paths to Store Lead \/ Manager roles<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>How to apply<\/strong><br>Submit your resume (and cover letter if you have) using the form below.
